An upright Kotel in ivory and sand stone with a gold leaf effect in the print, cypress spires in a lavender sky, and gold reflections on a wet plaza.

Printed on a matte, fine-weave canvas and stretched over solid wood. The impasto look and the gold were made digitally and are part of the printed image, so the surface is smooth, with no raised paint and no glass between you and the colour.

The composition reads from the top down. Cypress tips break the pale violet sky above the Wall, and a tall stone building with dark arched openings holds the left edge. The courses of the Wall stack up in cream, bone and warm sand, with small flakes of gold scattered through the joints. Below the stones stands a row of tiny dark figures, and beneath them the plaza is wet, so every figure and every fleck of gold is drawn down into long vertical streaks of amber, ivory and pale blue.

It is the same scene as the wide Gold Leaf Impasto Style Kotel Canvas, recomposed for height rather than cropped, so the reflections have room to fall. That makes it a piece for the walls a landscape print leaves empty: beside a front door, between two tall windows, along a staircase or at the end of a corridor. The thick strokes are an impasto look that was printed flat on the canvas, so the surface stays smooth, and the warm stone tones sit easily with oak, brass and cream walls.

Available in seven sizes, from 8×12 to 40×60. Arrives ready to hang with the brackets fitted, straight from the box to the wall.

What you receive

A physical canvas print, not a digital download.

  • Printed on premium acid-free, pH-neutral, OBA-free fine-weave canvas (344 g/m²) for fade-resistant colour.
  • Stretched over solid wood bars, 1.25" (3.18 cm) deep, gallery depth.
  • Mounting brackets included, arrives ready to hang.

This is a digital painting print. The artwork was made digitally and never painted on a physical surface, so nothing here reproduces a canvas that exists somewhere else. The impasto look, brushstrokes and any gold-leaf effect are part of the printed image. The canvas you receive is smooth: no raised paint, no varnish relief, and nothing applied by hand on top of the print.

Shipping and production

Each piece is made to order by our production partner Printful and shipped from the United States. Production takes 2-5 business days, then 3-8 business days in transit within the US, and every order ships with a tracking number.

Framing

The price shown is for the stretched canvas, ready to hang without an outer frame. Prefer a frame? Choose Framed canvas above: the same artwork, set in a solid pine frame, with the wall mount already fitted.

How this artwork was made

Eran Regev is the artist and curator behind KotelArtstore. Every piece is a digital work, made with AI-assisted tools under his own direction: the composition, the colour and the painterly texture are the result of his prompting, his selection and his preparation for print. Working digitally is what makes it possible to build a wall of stone in an impasto look one week and in near-monochrome restraint the next, and to print either one beautifully at any size.
