Shipping & Delivery
Every piece is printed after you order it, in the United States, and shipped with tracking. Here is exactly what happens between your order and your wall.
Shipping is free
Every order ships free within the United States. There is no minimum, no threshold to reach and no surcharge on the larger sizes – the price you see on the product page is the price you pay.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only. If you are outside the US and would love a piece, write to us and we will see what we can do.
Designed in Israel, printed in the USA
The artwork is created in Israel. The printing, stretching and shipping all happen in the United States, through our production partner Printful. Nothing crosses a border on its way to you, so there are no customs delays and no import charges.
How long it takes
- Production: 2-5 business days. Your piece is made for you after you order: printed, finished and quality-checked in that window.
- Transit: 3-8 business days within the US after production, from the US facility nearest to your address.
- Tracking is provided with every order, with no exceptions.
Larger sizes can take slightly longer to produce than small ones. If you are ordering for a specific date, a housewarming, a wedding, a Bar or Bat Mitzvah, message us first and we will gladly check the timing with you.
Packaging
Canvases ship stretched and ready to hang, with mounting brackets included, packed to survive the journey. There is nothing to assemble and no separate frame to buy.
If something arrives damaged
Photograph it before you do anything else, then contact us. We take care of it: we reprint the piece and send a new one at our cost.
