Returns & Guarantee

Every piece arrives perfect, or we make it again at our cost. If it arrives damaged, is not the piece or size you ordered, or has a printing fault, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we reprint and reship it free, with nothing to send back. Every piece is printed to order just for you, so these are the cases our guarantee covers; returns and exchanges for other reasons are not part of it.

What we stand behind

If any of the following happens, contact us and we will make it right:

• The piece arrives damaged. Photograph it and get in touch, we will reprint it at our cost.
• You received the wrong piece or the wrong size. Our error, our cost to fix.
• There is a printing fault, a defect in the canvas, the frame, the stretching or the print itself.

In each of those cases we reprint and reship the piece at our cost. You do not need to return the damaged one, and there is nothing for you to pay.

Get in touch within 30 days of delivery, so we can raise it with our production partner while the order is still traceable.

Made just for you

Every piece in this shop is made to order. When you choose a piece and a size, that exact piece is printed and finished for you, and it begins its life with your order. Because it is made for you alone, change-of-mind returns are not offered.

We share this here, before you buy, so you can choose with confidence.

Choosing the perfect size

The right size is what makes wall art look wonderful, and it is easy to get right:

• Measure your wall before ordering, and we are happy to double-check it with you.
• Mark the outline in painter’s tape and live with it for a day. Art almost always looks smaller on a wall than it does on a screen.
• Check the size list on the product page, different pieces are sold in different sizes, and the panoramic works only come in three.
• If you are unsure, ask us. Send a photo of the wall through the contact page and we will tell you which size we would choose. We love helping with this, and it is the nicest five minutes you can spend before ordering.

Cancelling

If you need to cancel, contact us immediately. Production usually begins within a day of the order, and until it does we can normally stop it and refund you in full. Once printing has begun, your piece is already being made for you alone, so the order continues to completion.
